Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision:
Define and communicate the product vision for Astralium Virtual World, aligning it with the company’s long-term goals. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects player needs, market trends, and business objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with designers, developers, marketers, and community managers to ensure the smooth delivery of product features and updates.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct research to stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies (especially in VR and blockchain), and competitive products to define features that will make Astralium stand out.Feature Prioritization:
Prioritize features and improvements based on their value to players, technical feasibility, and business impact. Use data and feedback to adjust priorities as necessary.Player and Community Focus:
Act as the voice of the player, ensuring features are aligned with community feedback and expectations. Engage with players and community managers to collect valuable insights for the product’s evolution.Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire lifecycle of product features—from conception through development, launch, and post-launch analysis. Track key performance metrics to assess the success of features.Collaboration with Marketing:
Work with marketing teams to define promotional strategies and product messaging, ensuring alignment with product releases and community engagement.Blockchain and NFT Integration:
Oversee the integration of blockchain technologies and NFTs into the game’s economy, ensuring a seamless player experience.Risk Management:
Identify and address potential risks throughout the product development process and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth feature launches.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing the development and launch of digital products (ideally in the gaming, VR, or blockchain industries).
- Strong understanding of the gaming industry, especially PC and VR, as well as blockchain technologies and NFTs.
- Experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery, including writing detailed product requirements and prioritizing tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments, including design, engineering, marketing, and customer support.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with VR and AR game development.
- Experience with Play-to-Earn mechanics, NFT integration, and blockchain game economies.
- A background in game design or development would be a plus.
- Knowledge of community-driven product development practices.

You will work closely with multiple teams, including development, design, marketing, and community management, to achieve product milestones and bring our vision to life.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all departments are aligned and working towards the same objectives. This position requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a strong understanding of the gaming and technology industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Coordinate efforts across teams to ensure smooth project execution.Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Work closely with the development, design, marketing, and community teams to ensure all project tasks are being executed efficiently. Facilitate communication between departments and remove any blockers to progress.Resource Management:
Ensure the proper allocation of resources (both human and technical) and manage any potential risks to project timelines and deliverables.Tracking & Reporting:

Candidate Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industries (ideally within VR or blockchain-based projects).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly under pressure.
- Familiarity with gaming development tools, including Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar platforms.
