Collab Manager
Job Description:
We, the Astralium Virtual Worlds team, are creating an innovative virtual universe that combines the metaverse, creativity, and economic opportunities. To drive our project forward, we are looking for a Collab Manager to play a key role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships that enhance Astralium’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifying partners and collaboration opportunities:
- Research potential projects, brands, influencers, and communities for partnerships.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in the crypto and metaverse spaces.
Managing joint campaigns:
- Plan and execute collaborations (airdrops, contests, joint AMA sessions, and other initiatives).
- Develop cross-promotional strategies with partners to expand reach.
Working with NFTs and Astralium portals:
- Promote Portal NFTs as an exclusive way to access key parts of the virtual world.
- Facilitate portal sales and integration for major partners.
Collaborating with influencers:
- Find and engage with key opinion leaders, bloggers, and streamers in the crypto and VR industries.
- Ensure agreements are fulfilled and evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
Reporting and analytics:
- Monitor the performance of each collaboration.
- Prepare analytical reports and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Requirements:
Experience and skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Collab Manager, Partnerships Manager, or Business Development).
- Knowledge of the crypto industry, NFTs, metaverses, and related technologies.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to find win-win solutions.
Personal qualities:
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to handle large volumes of information and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking and the ability to find unconventional solutions.
Additional requirements:
- Fluent English (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with VR/AR trends and virtual worlds is a plus.

Community Manager
Job Description:
We, the Astralium Virtual Worlds team, are creating a unique virtual universe that merges creativity, technology, and earning opportunities. To strengthen our connection with the community and support its active growth, we are looking for a Community Manager to be the voice of the project and a leader in engaging with our players.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
- Actively participate in discussions across platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and others).
- Respond promptly to queries, questions, and feedback from community members.
Moderation and Support:
- Maintain order and a positive atmosphere within community channels.
- Oversee content moderation, preventing spam and conflicts.
Communication Strategy Development:
- Create a content plan for community engagement.
- Attract new members while maintaining the interest of current users.
Involving the Community in Project Development:
- Collect player feedback on features, NFTs, and other game aspects.
- Provide reports and recommendations to the development team.
Collaboration with Partner Initiatives:
- Coordinate joint activities with partners.
- Facilitate the integration of partner community members into Astralium.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor key community metrics: growth, activity, and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on community status.
Requirements:
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager or a similar role.
- Familiarity with managing social media platforms and messaging apps.
Personal Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
- A proactive mindset and creativity in problem-solving.
- Emotional resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of cryptocurrency, NFTs, and metaverse trends.
- Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages are a plus).
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in projects related to virtual worlds or gaming.
- Knowledge of VR/AR technologies and platforms.
